EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA AUGUST 12, 1985 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 12th day of August, 1985, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmembers Kehr, Johnson and Curley; and the following were absent: Councilmember Franke. Councilmember Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 7787 RESOLUTION RECEIVING AMENDED REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. W-82-15 AND AMENDING THE FORM OF HEARING NOTICE ON THIS IMPROVEMENT BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted April 26, 1982, the Council has directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasability of a proposed improvement including all that property in the Alta Vista area in the southeastern part of the City just north of Larpenteur and immediately west of Dale Street consisting of the conversion of the water distribution system in that area to the Roseville water service system and the installation of necessary appurtenances. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improve- ment should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. A preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council. An amended report and cost estimate has also been received and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the amended report is designated as Improvement No. W-82-15.
