<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Monday, the 23rd <br />day of September, 1996 at 6:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski and the following <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9335 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REVIEW PERIOD FOR ARTHUR MUELLER <br />REQUEST FOR PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT APPROVAL AT <br />2224 ACORN ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Arthur Mueller has made a request for preliminary and final plat approval at <br />2224 Acorn Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on these <br />requests on September 11, 1996; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council opened the public hearing on these requests on September 23, <br />1996; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended that the public hearing be <br />continued until October 9, 1996 and the applicant has agreed to the agency review time limit <br />extension for 60 days, from October 21. 1996 to December 21. 1996. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br />15.99, the time line for agency review ofthe application of Arthur Mueller request for preliminary <br />and final plat approval at 2224 Acorn Road, be extended for 60 days, from October 21. 1996 to <br />December 21. 1996. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />member Mastel and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Maschka, Goedeke, <br />Mastel, Wiski and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
