EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Monday, the 23rd day of September, 1996 at 6:30 P.M. The following members were present: Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski and the following were absent: None. Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9335 RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REVIEW PERIOD FOR ARTHUR MUELLER REQUEST FOR PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT APPROVAL AT 2224 ACORN ROAD WHEREAS, Arthur Mueller has made a request for preliminary and final plat approval at 2224 Acorn Road; and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on these requests on September 11, 1996; and WHEREAS, the City Council opened the public hearing on these requests on September 23, 1996; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended that the public hearing be continued until October 9, 1996 and the applicant has agreed to the agency review time limit extension for 60 days, from October 21. 1996 to December 21. 1996. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review ofthe application of Arthur Mueller request for preliminary and final plat approval at 2224 Acorn Road, be extended for 60 days, from October 21. 1996 to December 21. 1996. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council member Mastel and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
