<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AUGUST 26, 1985 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held at <br />the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 26th day of August, <br />1985, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Franke, Johnson, Kehr and Curley; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Curley <br /> <br />introduced and moved the <br /> <br />adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7795 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-85-19 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the portion of the City of <br />Roseville including all that property in the general area of West <br />Cleveland Frontage Road from County Road C to Fulham Street by the <br />installation of storm sewer and necessary appurtenances, and to <br />assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of <br /> <br />the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.011 to <br /> <br />429.111. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br />
