EX'T'RACT of MIKES of MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL of THE CITY of ROSE 1LLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re l ar meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly <br />held on the 26th day of April, 1993, at 7f30 pame <br />The.-following members were present* <br />and the following were absent <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption. <br />RESOLUTION No. <br />CLERICAL /TECHNICAL EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provision$ of the - laws of the State of <br />Minnesota the City Council shall establish employee compensation; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the appropriate nonunion employee <br />classification 'and pay plans be revised to include the following <br />ranges for certain City employees effective April 28, 1993 <br />1993 Hourly <br />Classification Pay Ranges <br />A <br />Receptionist 80917 $10889 <br />Office Assistant 9.05 - 11011 <br />Customer Service Assistant 9 *64 - 11.79 <br />Senior office Assistant 10902 - 12.25 <br />Department Assistant 10.87 - 13.25 <br />Publications Specialist 10.87 - 13.28 <br />Data Coordinator 11.08 13.55 <br />Recreation Program Supervisor 12.95 � 15.86 <br />Police Secretary 11 *26 - 14.10 <br />The motion for the adoption of the forego ing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member , and -upon a Grote be ing taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof. <br />and the following voted against the same; <br />HEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
