The applicant has net shown us a <br />drawing indicating the exact- location of the existing home,, so we <br />do not know if the minimum 'setbacks to the new let line will be <br />met <br />There is a small piece of rightm-of � way at the south end of the <br />property that needs to he dedicated to comply with the Ramsey <br />County Master Plane The area in question is Ile 5,F ride and an <br />additional 10 F of right-�of way is needed . <br />3w CONCLUSION & RECOMMENDATION <br />We recommend approval of the request with the condition that the <br />necessary log of right-wof noway he dedicated and if the applicant <br />can ro We City staff with assurance that the existing house will <br />meet the minimum side yard setback to the new lot line.. <br />
