The <br />reason for this move is because the lot was under a life <br />estate. from my mother to ray brother and myself . My mother <br />passed away September 24, 19920' As I have lived in this <br />house for. the past ten years and my 'brother lives in Colorado, <br />we have decided I should- buy ,my bkother out of his half. <br />However, in order for the lot to he unineumbered by the <br />financial institution, they have suggestedv along with the <br />title oompanyr that the lot be split at this time to avoid <br />any questions if I should decide to sell the lot at a future <br />II date <br />4 <br />The lots to be divided' are: <br />III <br />Lot Five (5)? Block Four (4) Gottfried plat 2, and also <br />that part of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the <br />Southeast Quarter (SF 1/4) of Section Fifteen (15) <br />Township Twenty -Dine North (29 ), Range Twenty three <br />Nest ( 3 w) lying Southerly of Lot Five (5)# Block Four <br />-(4).
