As I explained, the property owners adjacent to Tract B, RLS No. 500 owned by <br />the City are Ryan Twin des Limited Partnership on the Fast and Hyman Frexghtways on the <br />West. The property lying immediately South of Tract B is owned by the Partnership and the <br />legal description for that 60 foot portion to he granted to the City for Arthur Street is described <br />m the end paragraph on Exhibit A attached. The property dying vest of that 60 foot strip <br />is the Great Dane parcel currently owned by the City. <br />It is any understanding the City will pursue the Petition matter directly with Hyman <br />Freightways. Consequently, the enclosed Petition is executed solely by the Partnership. <br />If you have any questions or comments regarding this matter, please let me know. _It is <br />m understandin g from our conversation with Kent last wee] that this matter will be placed <br />before the City at a mectin g April ril 22nd.
