<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL
<br />members present: Maschka, Goedeke, P. Johnson, Cushman, and
<br />V, Johnson. Members absent: None.
<br />A* APPROVAL I OF MINUTES
<br />A -1 Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of NINBTRs
<br />the regular meeting of March 22.1993, be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, Cushman, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None. Abstain: P. Johnson because
<br />she was not present at that meeting.
<br />A -2 Maschka moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the minutes
<br />of the special meeting of April 5, 1993, be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke,, P. Johnson, Cusho-
<br />gran, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Consent CONSENT
<br />Agenda, Items B -1 through B -6, B #9, B -10, and B -12 be AGENDA

<br />Recognition Week" in the City of Roseville be adopted.

<br />B-2 P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, John Paulson # s JOHN
<br />request for an 8 foot minor variance at 2561 Fisk PAULSON
<br />Street, to extend his garage forward and move the
<br />kitchen behind the garage, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: 14aschka, Coedeke, P. Johnson, Cushman, and V
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.
<br />B -3 P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that ordin 'ance ORDINANCE
<br />1121, rezoning the property at 1720 Rawline Avenue 1121
<br />North from R -4 to R- 2 be adopted, with the condition
<br />that the special assessment be deferred until such
<br />time as the propert.is rezoned ether than R -1 or R -2.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke , P. Johnson,
<br />Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
<br />B -4 P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution RESOLUTION
<br />8915, prohibit ing parking - on the north side of Parker 8915
<br />Avenue from Lexington Avenue to Victoria Street, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goadeke, P.
<br />Johnson, Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays:. None.
