PETITION TO THE ROSEVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br />1, This is to.express our strong opposition to the special use permit <br />f of Patricia Curti s-s to , operate a beauty salon business out of her 'home <br />at 1987•Aldine and TO PETITION THE ROSEVILLE CITY COUNCIL TO DENY APPROVAL <br />OF SAlb PERMIT. <br />2* Such `a use of private residential property is most definitely <br />NOT in keeping with the character of our neighborhood and is a practice <br />we certainly do not want to begin to allow. <br />3. Commercial traffic is encroaching on more and more residential areas <br />in Roseville, and we believe that allowing such a special use permit will <br />only serve to spread that traffic into residential neighborhoods even more. <br />4, Our neighborhood is a quiet, peaceful little section trying to <br />maintain its privacy in-an ever - expanding sea of commercialism and the <br />attendant problems of increased traffic, vandalism and crime. <br />5. We want to keep business in the commercial zones where it belongs <br />and out of residential neighborhoods where we come dome to relax and live <br />in peace and quiet. <br />6.
