Steve Sarkozy <br />SUBJECT: ANNUAL 'SEAM BUILDING DISCUSSION <br />The pub i i c looks to the City, and particularly the City Council, <br />for affective leadership on the many issues that face our <br />community. The formal actions of the City Council and the way in <br />which those decisions are made reflects on the community. Each <br />year, we have taken some time to discuss how the actions of the <br />City Council can promote a good feeling by and between the City <br />and the community at large, and those outside of our community,. <br />This year represents some. special challenges. Any election year <br />presents some inherent conflicts, Those conflicts often are the <br />source of considerable publicity that affects the way people view <br />the City. <br />In the past, we have been successful discussing this issue. <br />Please consider our stated commitment to annually (at least) <br />review hoer to be more effedtive as a leadership team and bring <br />issues or questions for the group to consider. <br />
