South Campus Proposal <br />city staff has continued the discussions with College Properties <br />Inc. concerning possible tax' increment financing to facilitate <br />the south campus project, Representatives of College Properties <br />Inc,, are preparing information about their financial needs and <br />will be present at the Work Session on Monday, April 19, 1993 to <br />talk about the proposal and their needs. The - Planning Commission <br />unanimously recommended approval of the rezoning, PUD concept <br />plan, street vacation, street dedication and preliminary plat <br />approval at their April 14, 1993 meeting. <br />Attached is background material regarding the proposed project <br />and an excerpt from the April 14, 1993 Planning Commission <br />minutes for your information. <br />
