SECOND AMENDM EASE <br />second amendment to lease dated May 11, 1988, between Roberts <br />Development Coo (formerly s cott Roberts Development o e) , as <br />Lessor, and City of Roseville, as Lessee, pertaining to the 7 , OO <br />square feet commonly known as 1969 West County Road C2, City of <br />Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesotaps <br />IN CONSIDERATION of the Mutual Agreement of the above -named <br />parties, said parties have agreed as follows: <br />le That the first amendment to lease dated May 11, 1988, sched- <br />uled to expire on May 31, 1993, is hereby extended an additional <br />two (2) years from June 1, 19 9 3 , to May 31, 19 9 5 a <br />29 In the event the City constructs or acquires a facility it <br />intends to use as a substitute location for the City's Gymnastics <br />Center, or if the program is discontinued or down=- sized, the City <br />may cancel this agreement by giving the Lessor sixty - (60) days <br />written notice of its intent to cancel this agreement.. <br />3* That the monthly rent beginning June 1. 1993, to May 31, <br />1995, shall be $2,100 *00 per month, with no increase. <br />That all other terms and conditions of the lease shall be <br />applicable in all respects during the extended term. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF said parties have set their hands on this <br />ICP <br />day of r # 1993* <br />ROBE DEVELOPMENT.
