<br />C -4 Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded that ordinance 1120, ORDINANCE
<br />rezoning the site at 711 and 725 Larpenteur Avenue 1120
<br />from R -1 to PUDp be adopted.. Roll-Call, Ayes: Cush -
<br />man, Maschka, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Naysw. None.
<br />Maschka moored, Cushman seconded, that K10Bner Goertz XLOSNER
<br />Howes, Inc. request for a general concept PUD plan at GOERTZ
<br />711 and 725 Larpenteur Avenue be approved with the KOXEsr
<br />following conditions: INC.
<br />1. That the Rub 1 i c Works staff review and approve . the
<br />engineering plans for grading, drainage, storm
<br />p onding , sewer, water, and road design.
<br />That the landscape plans be revised to reflect the
<br />suggested changes as outlined in the staff report.
<br />3. That 4.5 f6et of additional right -of -way be
<br />dedicated for Larpenteur Avenue.
<br />4. That the pond be properly maintained.
<br />5, That exterior color and finish be reviewed by City
<br />staff.

<br />Goedeke moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8908,
<br />vacating utility easements at 711 and 725 Larpenteur
<br />Avenue, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Maschka,
<br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
<br />Cushman moved, Nasch a.seconded, that a preliminary
<br />plat for Nlosner Goertz Homes, Inc. at 711 and 725
<br />Larpenteur Avenue be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Cushman, Maschka, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays
<br />None.
<br />Goedeke moved, Cushman seconded, that a public hewing
<br />for final plat of Klosner Goertz Homes, Inc. at 711
<br />and 725 Larpenteur Avenue be scheduled for the regular
<br />City Council meeting of April 26, 1993. boll Call,
<br />Ayes: Cushman, Maschka, Goedeke, and V. Johnson.

<br />Attorney's office be directed to prepare appropriate
<br />ordinance amendments for No. 149600 F. and 14.190 on
<br />the City's sign ordinance for City Council consider-
<br />ation at the City Council meeting of April . 2 6 , ' 1993,
<br />and referring approval of institutional off premises
<br />signs and ' in st itut iona 1 -s eas ona 1 b ariners to a work
