Please see the attached memo outlining the ]oasis of the <br />staff's recommendations for adjustments to wages and insurance contri- <br />butions for 1993. <br />Recommendation <br />It is recommended that the salary ranges for the three nonunion groups <br />be increased by 3 percent for 1993.
