<br />WHEREAS , Pursuant to the provisions of the laws 'of the State of
<br />Minnesota, the City Council shall establish employee compensation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
<br />Roseville does reprise the Management Admin istrat i e Pay Plan to
<br />include the following salary ranges for certain city positions in
