<br />to Shingobee Builders in the base hid amount of
<br />$2,058,000 with no bid alternates being considered be
<br />adopted and City staff be authorized to sign con-
<br />struction contracts with Shingobee Builders_. Doll

<br />Engineering Services Agreement between the City and
<br />SRW for Project SW-93-12, pathway/bikeway, County Road
<br />C. Cleveland to Rice, and Rice Street, Fairview
<br />Avenue, and Snelling Avenue, as' outlined in a proposal
<br />dated April 2, 1993 be approved and City officials be
