EXTRACT of MINUTES of MEETING of THE CITY COUNCIL of THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the city council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the day of , 1993 at 7:30 P. M. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: -�T RESOLUTION NO* NESOIXJTION FOR THE VACATION of A PORTION of RICHMOND AVENUE WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing to determine whether or not said ' portion of Richmond Avenue in the City of Roseville should be vacated; and WHEREAS, because the portion of Richmond Avenue is unimproved and not necessary for public street purposes; and WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate said portion of Richmond Avenue. NOW, THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Roseville hereby vacates said port ion of Richmond Avenge over the property described as follows: THE WEST 30 FEET of THE SOUTH 238.22 FEET of THAT PORT I oN of RICHMOND AVENUE IN SECTION 2v TOWNSHIP 29, FLANGE 23 LYING BETWEEN THE S OUTHLINE of MI LLWOOD AVENUE AND THE NORTH LINE of COUNTY ROAD C-2 SUBJECT To ALL ABUTTING PROPERTY OWNERS INDICATING APPROVAL of THE VACAT ION O If all abutting property owners do not approve the vacation in writing within 30 days, then only the following portion of the right-of-way is vacated: THE WEST 30 FEET of THE SOUTH 3284,22 FEET of THAT PORTION of RICHMOND AVENUE IN SECTION 2,, TOWNSHIP 29, RANGE 23 LYING BETWEEN THE SoUTHLINE OF MILLWDUD AVENUE AND THE NORTH LINE OF COUNTY ROAD C -.
