EXTRACT of MINUTES of MEETING of THE <br />CITY COUNCIL of THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the city council <br />of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on <br />the day of , 1993 at 7:30 P. M. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />-�T RESOLUTION NO* <br />NESOIXJTION FOR THE VACATION of A PORTION of RICHMOND AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing to determine whether or <br />not said ' portion of Richmond Avenue in the City of Roseville should be <br />vacated; and <br />WHEREAS, because the portion of Richmond Avenue is unimproved and not <br />necessary for public street purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate said <br />portion of Richmond Avenue. <br />NOW, THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville hereby vacates said port ion of Richmond Avenge over the <br />property described as follows: <br />THE WEST 30 FEET of THE SOUTH 238.22 FEET of THAT PORT I oN of <br />RICHMOND AVENUE IN SECTION 2v TOWNSHIP 29, FLANGE 23 LYING <br />BETWEEN THE S OUTHLINE of MI LLWOOD AVENUE AND THE NORTH LINE of <br />COUNTY ROAD C-2 SUBJECT To ALL ABUTTING PROPERTY OWNERS <br />INDICATING APPROVAL of THE VACAT ION O <br />If all abutting property owners do not approve the vacation in writing <br />within 30 days, then only the following portion of the right-of-way is <br />vacated: <br />THE WEST 30 FEET of THE SOUTH 3284,22 FEET of THAT PORTION of <br />RICHMOND AVENUE IN SECTION 2,, TOWNSHIP 29, RANGE 23 LYING <br />BETWEEN THE SoUTHLINE OF MILLWDUD AVENUE AND THE NORTH LINE OF <br />COUNTY ROAD C -. ' <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member , and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following vote in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />
