The suggested standard was for signs. and decorations to he allowed four days per event and two events per year,. The Council offered three events per year,, or the option of allowing them up to twelve days per year to use in. any way they chose- The later idea seems to us to offer the max flexibility while still maintaining some control over the use of special events signs. We also talked with the Council about how to-administer and enforce these standards.
