Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Mondays the twenty second day of March,, 1993, at 7 :30 p.me The following members were present* and the following were absent Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: -BoIOR Mos RESOI TION RELATING TO A3PPORTIONMENT OF V, ASSESSMENTS BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment rolls for various improvements for the City of Roseville were certified to the county Auditor of the county of Ramsey l and sin' ce the certifications, a nunber of parcels of property contained within said assessment rolls have been divided -and conveyed, it-requires that apportionment of the original assessments be made by the City council' of the City of Roseville in order that the proper assessment cant; be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereew after, _ MOW,' THEREpOREI the city Council of the City of Roseville does hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments against the following described properties: DIVISION N09 DR0634 4 The City Manager of the City of Roseville is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to certify the -same to the County Auditor of Ramsey Countyr Minnesotan The notion for the adoption of the foregoing .resolution was duly -seconded b y . and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof and the following voted against s mdse whereupon said resolution was declared duly gassed and adopted.
