41 <br />March 12, 1993 <br />TO: city Council <br />FROM+ Steve Sarkozy <br />SUBJECT: ROSEVI LLE ACTIVITY CENTER - -KKI LBOX POLICY <br />Sometime ago, the staff at the Roseville Activity Center <br />established a departmental policy whereby community organizations <br />were allowed to have a mail drop at the Activity center., The <br />organizations currently taking advantage of that opportunity are <br />as follows: <br />Bird Club <br />Historical Society <br />Gavel Club <br />Central Park Auxiliary <br />Central Park Foundation <br />Roseville Citizens Council <br /># Roseville Area Youth Basketball Association <br />Roseville Area Youth Football Association <br />Roseville Area Youth Baseball Association <br />Roseville Area Youth Hockey Association <br />Roseville Area Little League <br />berth Suburban Soccer Association <br />The cost, staff time and space for providing this service is <br />negligible , <br />POLICY CONSIDERATIONS <br />The letter dated February 15, 1993 from William J.
