Would you allow either the Democratic Farmer Labor or hndependent Republican parties to use a City office as a ding address? I think not! Those Roseville citiz= who do not closely follow local politics and local govemment will see this address. and may wrongly assume that the Roseville Cans Council is either a part of our local government or has been endorsed by our local government. What standards or criteria does a political group need to m t in order to get a City sponsored nzi ng address .9 If you have any doubts that the Roseville CtUzms Council is a political organization, you only need to read Mr. chrenker's letter. Farts of the letter are quoted below: `'We were instrumental in doping a good controlling or &nonce for Roseville and we have been and will continue to be active in monitoring gambling....
