I have worked with several of my customersr <br />both in Minneapolis and St. Paul, to obtain variances for oanstruction on <br />their homes. it is important to nee that development projects conform to the <br />city's Comprehensive Land Use Plan to ensure growth to the community, but <br />also bein g concerned with citizens who might be affected by any such develop - <br />(continued) <br />What i,sY=VkWof tMk ? <br />This Commission in my view, helps the City Council with issues relatin to <br />City ordinances, planningr and zoning within the City. The Commission acts <br />as a void of the general population in regards to citizen concerns over c'r <br />twin issues. I <br />have worked with non - profit development groups such as Powderhorn Residents <br />Group in the development of the Prairie oaks Townhomes in South Minneapolis. <br />also worked with the Riverside PAC group in the redevelopment of the West <br />Bank and Vest Bank Townhomes .
