LEISURE <br />VISION <br />Roseville shall be a community with leisure activities <br />demonstrating a uniqueness that reflects its diversity, <br />creativity, talent, professionalism and especially the values of a <br />proud community. we believe that the development of activities <br />and programs must accommodate a variety pf interests, stimulate <br />creativity and learning, allow for nature appreciation and meet <br />aesthetic, cultural{ social, and athletic needs of all in the <br />community. <br />All leisure activities and facilities will be accessible for all <br />persons, and will provide opportunities for participation by all <br />age groups from early childhood to senior adults, and for families <br />as well as for individuals. All leisure activities and facilities <br />will be affordable, and no resident will be precluded from <br />participation because of financial constraints.. <br />Aesthetics and beauty are essential requirements and will be a <br />common quality throughout all facilities and leisure areas.
