Program conforms to Pavement Management Program goals--rebuild 4 to <br />5 miles of "Problem" residential streets per year and provide <br />required maintenance of permanent "'problem" streets with curb and <br />gutter, <br />2. Project costs financed according to assessment policy, <br />3, Construction standards met for proposed street widths, utility <br />replacements, etc. <br />Financial Implications: The attached sheet summarizes the total <br />estimated construction cost for all 1993 + PMP projects, The table <br />includes costs for all projects for which general obligation improvement <br />bonds will be sold and the projects assessed. The table does not <br />include Municipal State Aid projects which do not require outside <br />bonding. The annual ]pond to finance the PMP has been 2 to 2.5 million <br />dollars per year including local street projects as well as any city <br />contribution for Ramsey county or MnDOT reconstruct ion ' proj ect s .
