<br />request for final plat approval at the northwest
<br />quadrant of County Road C and Snelling Avenue North be
<br />scheduled for the regular City Council meeting of
<br />March 22, 1993. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Cushman,

<br />Manager be authori zed to sign a contract for the LANGTON LACE
<br />purchase of the property at 1895 Wiest county Road C-2 PROPERTY
<br />as follows:
<br />Purchase Price $255,000
<br />(appraised price for 4.52 acres)

<br />Net cost to city
<br />$181,000
<br />75,000 from the Park Land Fund will be utilized to
<br />purchase this property, with the remaining cost of
<br />$106,000 to be paid from the Park Dedication Fund.
<br />Should such fees not materialize, payment would be
<br />made from a property , tax levy over a five year period.
