In reviewing the charge order, we feel the request from the contractor as described by the architect is reasonable and recommend that Change order 1A be approved in the amount of ,017e Also, charge Order 2, the provision of the roof scuppers, was necessary to provide proper drainage for the pub i i c works garage roof. change order 3 was required to make emergency repair to the license bureau roof, so it could last through the ,19 1993 winter season. Future consideration will have to be given to re- roofing the license bureau. Staff recommends the council approve change orders 1A# 2, and 3 for project M-92- 22, accept the project, and authorize final payment. The total amount of all contract work, including the original contract and all four change orders, will be $153,123.96.
