The total project cost is approximately $20,9851528 while the CDBG request is for $25080009 The remaining project casts will be provided from College Properties, Inc., from Northwestern College,. from additional fund raising, and potentially from City of Roseville tax increment financing. This protect will benefit low and moderate income seniors because the project will offer rents which will be affordable to low and moderate i i-i cone persons. 2.
