The total project cost is <br />approximately $20,9851528 while the CDBG request is for <br />$25080009 The remaining project casts will be provided from <br />College Properties, Inc., from Northwestern College,. from <br />additional fund raising, and potentially from City of <br />Roseville tax increment financing. This protect will benefit <br />low and moderate income seniors because the project will <br />offer rents which will be affordable to low and moderate <br />i i-i cone persons. <br />2. CDBG funds are <br />appropriate because the young father project benefits low and <br />moderate incomes and reaches a high risk target group not <br />currently served by other agencies* A total of $19,598 is <br />requested out of a total project cost of $41,,528, other <br />fonds will come from grants from various foundations and <br />from funds allocated by various cities served by Northwest <br />Youth and Family Service* <br />
