CITY of ROSEVILLE <br />Special meeting of the City Council � February 2, 1993. 5 :00 F #M9 <br />The City Council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL <br />members present: Goedeke , P. Johnson, and Maschka. Members <br />absent: Cushman and V. Johnson. <br />FM REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />F--1 P. Johnson moved, Coedeke seconded, that Resolution' <br />8884, accepting the lowest interest cost of 5.15675 <br />percent for the $2,300,000 General Obligation <br />Improvement Bonds, Series 19, submitted to the City <br />of Roseville by Cronin et. al., be adopted. boll <br />Call, Ayes: Goedeke, P. Johnson, and Maschka. Nays <br />None. <br />F. Johnson moved, Coedeke seconded, that resolution <br />8885, accepting the lowest interest cost bid of <br />4.49690 percent for the $1,975,000 General obligation <br />Improvement Refunding Bonds, Series 1993 submitted to <br />the City of Roseville by FirStar Bank of Milwaukee, be <br />adopted. roll Call, Ayes: Coedeke, Cushman, and <br />Maschka. Nays: None. <br />F. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Mayor <br />and City Manager be authorized to execute the closing <br />documents for both bond issues* Roll Call, Ayes: <br />oedeke, P.
