E e C s A w emphasizes vocational understanding, civic <br />consciousness, social intelligence, and leadership developments and <br />WHEREAS, D. E. C. A. has over 300,000 members nationwide and over 5,000 <br />members in Minnesota <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED., That the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville does hereby proclaim February 14 - 20, 1993 to be National <br />D.E.C.A.
