f <br />PROC ION <br />DISTRIBUTIVE EDUCATION CLU338 OF A RICA NZEK <br />(DeNeCeRs) <br />FEBRUARY 14 # 20 P 1993 <br />WHEREAS, the Distributive Education Clubs of America # IncP (D,.E,.C.A.) <br />is the only professional youth organization in America operating in <br />our public schools to develop future leaders in marketing and <br />business; and <br />WHEREAS, D.E.C.A. emphasizes vocational understanding, civic <br />consciousness, social intelligence, and leadership development; and <br />WHEREAS, D.E.C.A. has over 300,000 members nationwide and over 5,000 <br />members in Minnesota; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED, That the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville does hereby proclaim February 14 - 20, 1993 to be National <br />D.E.C.A.
