<br />F -3 F. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution RESOLUTION
<br />8880, amending the 1992 Budget for rage and salaries 8880
<br />and unanticipated revenues and eenses, he adopted.

<br />F -4 Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the City Manager
<br />he authorized to enter into a contractual arrangement
<br />with Aspire Development Services of Dorris, Minnesota
<br />per the conditions in the proposed contract for
<br />raising of private funds for the development of the
<br />John Rose Minnesota oval. Noll Call, Ayes: Cushman,
