IV 10Q 1992 STANDING RULES of PROCEDURE RULE 1 Ragplar Xge%ings. Regular meetings of the council shall be held at the City Hall on the second and fourth Mondays of each month at 7:30 Poll* Regular work sessions of the Uduncil shall be held on the first Tuesday of each month at 7 :30 a.m9, and on the third Monday of each month at 5 :00 p.m. Such meetings may be rescheduled, from time to time, when scheduling conflicts occur.
