The city Council, at its December 21,, 1992 Work session, <br />discussed the <br />parkridge Estates townhouse project being <br />proposed by Al Kehr on the site on county Road C, west of <br />Dale Street. <br />It was the consensus of the Council, at that <br />meeting, that <br />consideration of the rezoning and development <br />plan be delayed until the prior issues relating to the <br />comprehensive <br />plan designation of the area can he reviewed <br />and resolved* <br />A copy of a tentative review - schedule for the <br />project is attached. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />i. It is recommended that the City Council refer the issue of <br />the proper comprehensive plan designation of the southwest <br />quadrant of the intersection of county Road C and Dale Street <br />to the planning Commission for review and recommendation. <br />Council Action _ Recruested <br />1.
