EXTRK T of MINUTES of MEETING <br />of CITY COUNCIL <br />ITC of ROSEVILLE <br />NANS EF COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Fall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, <br />on Monday, the eleventh day of January, 199 3 , at 7:30 p + m. <br />The following members were present <br />and the following were absent: <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NOW <br />RESOLUTION RELATING To APPORTIONMENT OF <br />ASSESSMENTS <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the assessment rolls for various improvements for the City of <br />Roseville were certified to the County Auditor of the County of Ramsey, <br />and since the certifications, a number of parcels of property contained <br />within said assessment rolls have been divided and conveyed, it reguirer� <br />that apportionment of the original assessments be made by the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville in order that the proper assessment can <br />be extended by the county Auditor against each parcel of property there - <br />after, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby <br />make the following apportionment of original assessments against the <br />following described properties: <br />DIVISION No* DE064004 <br />13-29# 23-22 02 99�O <br />The City Manager of the City of Roseville is hereby authorized to <br />prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to certify the same to <br />the County Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />The motion for the adoption of the f orogo ing resolution was duly <br />seconded by and upon Grote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof <br />and the following voted against same: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted* <br />
