Resolution for apportionment of assessments <br />Background: The Ramsey County Department of property Taxation has <br />requested the City of Roseville to apportion the assessments on the <br />properties that have corrected Property Identification Numbers as shown <br />on the attached maps <br />policy objectives: The City Council is the only authorized body to <br />reapportion levied assessimentse The reapportionment assigns the proper , <br />assessment amount to the amended legal description by council <br />resolution. The legal descriptions may be changed due to land <br />subdivision, easement recording, or other similar transactions. <br />Financial Implications: By approving the reapportionment, the <br />outstanding monies owed the city can be collected with the taxes.
