Council o f the C i ty of Roseville, Minnesota, that the Council has determined and adopted the following pension increases and implementation provisions: The Roseville Fire Relief Association , in co- operation with the City of Roseville, has prepared and implemented investment poli- cies and procedures as met forth in the Attached' document dated December 14, 1992.
