Mayor Kysylyczyn and Councilmembers Kough, Maschka, Klausing 5:05 p.m. <br />and Schroeder met in the City Council Chambers on the above date. Roll Call <br />City Attorney Jay Squires was also present. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn advised that CounciImember Schroeder would be <br />unable to attend tonight's Special Council meeting due to a meeting <br />conflict with the North Suburban Cable Commission. <br />City Manager Beets advised that Councilmember Klausing had <br />contacted staff to advise that he would be attending, but arriving late to <br />tonight's Special Council meeting. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn advised the purpose of the meeting was to discuss <br />the League of Women Voters' Report on the Roseville Fire <br />Department, and related Council informal discussion of the 2004 Fire <br />Department Budget, with no action taken anticipated at tonight's <br />meeting. Mayor Kysylyczyn noted that the annual Truth in Taxation <br />Public Hearing to hear public comment was scheduled for Monday, <br />December 81 2003 at 6:00 p.m. <br />Councilmember Klausing arrived at 5:07 p.m. <br />Call to Order Cali to Order <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called the regular meeting to order at 5:05 <br />p.m. and welcomed everyone to the Roseville City Council <br />meeting. <br />I.
