Regular City Council Minutes — 12/08/03 <br />DRAFT' Minutes ; Page 14 <br />panel positions, the earliest realistic projected meeting <br />date would be February or March of 2004. <br />Kysylyczyn amended, Maschka seconded amendments, <br />with Council consensus, to the original motion as follows: <br />Draft -Twin Lakes Advisory Stakeholders Panel <br />(12/08103) <br />As prepared by Dennis Welsch, in consultation with John <br />Shardlow (DSU) and Michael Noonan (Rottlund) <br />• Pale 3., first partial paragraph: <br />"... There will be a Parkway [transportation <br />component] to relieve and release traffic from this area to <br />the interstate system...." <br />• Page 3, Panel Structure /Content: <br />o Add one At -large representative, who will be <br />an individual citizen not living in the Twin <br />Lakes area identified as "two residents from <br />four neighborhoods," and doesn't fall into <br />other categories, but living within the <br />Roseville city limits. <br />o Add two small business owners or operators <br />� Number of Panel Members: <br />o Minimum of 15; maximum of 25 <br />Further debate ensued regarding Councilmember Kough's <br />recommendation that a Councilmember sit on the board to <br />provide input; with no consensus reached to support <br />amendment to the motion. <br />• Additional Representation: <br />o Add one representative <br />Visitors' Association <br />o Remove Chamber <br />representation <br />from the Roseville <br />of Commerce <br />Community Development Director Welsch reiterated his <br />notation that the panel would only serve in an advisory <br />
