Regular City Council Minutes --1 2/08/03 <br />D1AFIr Minutes - Page 21 <br />Ayes: Kough, Maschka, Klausing, Schroeder and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br />Continued City Council Discussion of the 2004 Budget Continued City <br />At 9:57 p.m., Mayor Kysylyczyn returned discussion to Council Discussion <br />the 2004 Budget. of the 2004 Budget <br />A. Mayor Kysylyczyn referenced the staff report entitled, <br />"Roseville Fire Department Responses to questions from <br />the budget meeting of Thursday, December 4th," for this <br />portion of the budget discussion. <br />Budget Question #3: "Should the 2004 depreciation <br />amount of $36,000 be reduced to offset the reduction of <br />the purchase of the utility vehicles ?" <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Klausing seconded, reducing the 2004 <br />Fire Department Depreciation Budget by $4,000, from <br />$36,000 to $32,040. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Kough, Maschka, Klausing, Schroeder and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br />Bud et Ouestion #4: "Should the Fire Department's <br />maintenance budged be adjusted, reflecting the <br />reduction of two older engines with the purchase of a <br />new engine ?" <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Klausing seconded, reducing the 2004 <br />Fire Department Maintenance Budget by $12,000, from <br />$42,000 to $30,000. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Kough, Maschka, Klausing, Schroeder and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None, <br />Budget Question #5: `What are the areas of training <br />the Fare Department Training Manager would <br />administer for other City Departments;" in response to <br />the proposed addition of a full-time Training Manager <br />
