Tam McGehee, 77 Mid Oaks Lane <br />Ms. McGehee spoke to the question of a Special Election; <br />opining her support of the appointment of the next highest <br />vote getter at the General Election, rather than holding a <br />Special Election. <br />C. Joe Machyowsky, 2690 North Oxford <br />Mr. Machyowsky questioned whether Ms. McGehee is a <br />member of the Roseville Citizens for Fair and Open <br />Government (RCCFOG) <br />D. Roger Toogood, 601 Terrace Court <br />Mr. Toogood stated that Ms. McGehee is not a member of <br />the RCCFOG; that he was not in charge of Craig <br />Klausing's mayoral campaign; that he has no interest in <br />running for elective office; and that Mr. Machyowsky's <br />summary of the last RCCFOF meeting was inaccurate. <br />Mr. Toogood distributed four bench handouts. <br />Second Reading of Special Election Ordinance Second Reading of <br />Discussion ensued related to the Special Election Special Electron <br />ordinance that was first read at the November 17, 2003 Ordinance <br />Council meeting. <br />Revised City Attorney Version No. Y (addresses legal <br />issues in version Hassel bv Council 11 /1 7 /03) <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder seconded, second reading <br />and enactment of Ordinance No. 1299 entitled, "An <br />Ordinance Amending Title One, Section 103.06, Filling A <br />Council Vacancy" with a revision to the following <br />language: No special primary election � <br />� shall occur in cases of Mecial elections held <br />pursuant to this section. <br />E.
