EXTRACT of MINUTES of MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL of THE CITY OF RO EVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was field on the 81h day of December 2003, at 7:00 p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: cuncilmember option: introduced the following resolution and moved its A RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM i INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN FOR DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. I AND TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 12 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council ") of the City of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), as follows-, Section 1. Recitals. 1.01. It has been proposed that the Council approve and adopt the proposed modifications to the Development Program for Development District loo. 1 (the "Project Area ") reflecting increased project costs and increased bonding authority within the Project Area, pursuant to and in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.048 to 469.068 and 469.124 to 469.1 34, inclusive, as amended and supplemented from time to time. 1.02. It has been further proposed that the Council approve and adopt the propose modifications to the Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing District Igo. 12 (the "Tax Increment Districts) reflecting increased project costs and increased bonding authority within the Project Area pursuant to and in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.048 to 469.068, 469.124 to 469.134 and 469.174 to 469.1 799, inclusive} as amended and supplemented from time to time. 1.03.
