y <br />O�Tbf)-261 <br />r <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 8th day of December 2003 at 6:00 <br />p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption, <br />I" <br />SOLUTION APPROVING A LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT TO THE <br />NORTH SUBURBAN YOUTH FOUNDATION <br />WHEREAS, the North Suburban Youth Foundation (NSYF) has applied for a lawful gambling <br />premise permit to conduct lawful gambling activities at 2180 Snelling Avenue,, and <br />WHEREAS, the NSYF has met the local permit requirements as specified in City Code, Section <br />304. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, as follows <br />The City of Roseville hereby approves the premise permit application of the NSYF to conduct <br />lawful gambling activities at 2180 Snelling Avenue, <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member and <br />upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
