B. <br />Department Approval: Manager Approved: Agenda Section: <br />DPW REPORTS <br />Item Deseri tion: Twin Lakes Advisory Stakeholders Panel the Panel (PF3543) <br />SUMMARY of REQUEST: <br />On November 24 °h the Council /Mayor asked for more information on how a Twin Lakes <br />Advisory Stakeholders Panel (the Panel) might be formed, and what the tasks might be. Staff met <br />with John S hardlow, DSU} and with Michael Noonan of the l ottlund Company to prepare the <br />attached summary. <br />The purpose of the Panel is to provide a method for broader property owner and citizen input <br />into the Master Developer redevelopment process prior to submissions and required by the <br />Planning Commission and City Council. <br />Review, discuss, and provide direction in the form of a motion based on the attached (or <br />amended) concept. <br />SUGGESTED COUNCIL ACTION: <br />By motion, adopt an outline of the role of the Advisory Stakeholders Panel. <br />Attachment: Draft of Stakeholder's Panel <br />
