EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE HELD SEPTEMBER 9, 1985 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 9th day of September, 1985 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Kehr, Johnson, Franke, Curley, and Demos, and the following were absent: None. Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 7798 RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1986 ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Laws of the State of Minnesota, the City Council is required to adopt a budget for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1986 and ending December 31, 1986. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that the Council has determined and adopted the following estimates of proposed expenditures for the various purposes therein named and set forth for the conduct of business of the City of Roseville for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1986 and ending December 31, 1986; and that the same shall constitute the official annual budget for the City for said fiscal year.
