The Housing Plan includes the following: <br />Section 1. - Dousing Vision Statement - provides a statement about the <br />preferred future, an expression of optimism focused on what the City's <br />housing should look like in the next 10 years and beyond, <br />Section 2. -Needs Assessment - provides a summary of current housing <br />conditions, forecasts of demographic information and an indication of the <br />importance of housing investment within the City. <br />Sect i on - Housing Goals - establishes goals and sets policy regarding <br />what needs to he Mane to achieve the City's housing objectives. <br />Section 4. - Action Steps \Implementation Strategies - outlines the <br />programs that may be implemented to achieve each goal. <br />Section 5. - Benchmarking - provides a framework to assess how the City is <br />achieving its goals and meeting its housing objectives.
