When making repo in mendati oars to the City Council, the Pl arming <br />Co11111zlssion needs to consider a variety of sometimes diverse viewpoints, inoludinor the <br />following, a project's el)- {ironmental impact, the property owner's desires, neighborhood <br />objections, and the f inancra1 implications of a particular course of action to the City. The <br />Plwining Commission does not operate in a vacuum and it reeds to thoughtfully consider <br />all points of view. <br />Other Comments- <br />As a lawyer, business owner, and committed resident of Roseville, I believe that I would <br />be a valuable addition to the Planning ommissioi -i.
