Within a -week after the July, 2003. Council meeting staff <br />f <br />net with Mr. Eggessa and neighbor to discuss solutions that corrected the code violations. Since then Mr. <br />Eggessa has complied and completed the following: <br />1. The construction of a deck onto the front of the home has a permit and was inspected and given <br />final approval by the Building Official. <br />2. A permit has been issued for construction of a new, enlarged, driveway with a gravel surface. Mr. <br />Eggessa has one year in which to complete this work. <br />3. Building materials such as plywood, corrugated metal, good truss-joists and plastic buckets have <br />been collected and properly stored. <br />4. Piles of cut logs have been properly staged or stored. Small amount of brush remains. <br />5. A drainage Swale, required as a condition are addition was added to the home in 1 999, has ve <br />been completed parallel to the north property, but not -entirely on Nor. E essa s property. <br />Excavated soil was formed into a mound along the outside of the sale. Portions of this mound <br />were constructed on adjoining property at 2000 Cleveland Avenue. Mr. Eggessa has been <br />instructed to remove that portion of the mound laying on the adjoining property. <br />6.
