Public Nearing. 1.01. This Council shall meet on Monday December , 2003, commencing at 7,00 o clock p.m. at City lull, 2660. Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, 55113, to hold a public hearing on the modification of the Development Program for Development District loo. 1 (the "Project Area }') and the modification of the Tax Increment Financing Flan for Tax Increment Financing District No. 1 (Arona) (the `'Tax Increment District ") to reflect increased project costs and increased bonding authority within the Project Area and the Tax Increment District, all pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.048 to 469.068, 469.082 and 469.174 to 469.17911 inclusive. Section 2. Notice of Hearing; Filing of Plans. 2.01. The City Manager is authorized and directed to cause notice of the pudic hearing to be published as rewired by law, to place a cop} of the modified Development Program and modified Tax Increment Financing Plan (collectively the Plans) on file in the City Manager's office and to make such Flans available for inspection by the public.
