Free walk -up service shall be provided for special needs customers who request it. The Contractor shall empty /collect from each cart curbside set out location or special needs house location, all acceptable materials that have been prepared according publicized procedures. The Driver is required to place the emptied cart back/down in the same curbside location as set by resident. The Driver is required to record and report to Contractor Dispatch the location of any cart that is damaged and that cart shall be repaired or replaced by the Contractor within one (1) week of the report of damage. g) Residents shall co-mingle all agreed upon recyclable material into a single-stream recycling cart or may clearly label the material and place it next to the east. All acceptable recyclables will be manually and/or mechanically sorted at a designated single- stream recycling processing facility. h) The Contractor and the Recycling Coordinator shall work together in the preparation and distribution of educational materials to insure accurate information and program directions.
