(Internet Protocol, or EP, telephony). This improves phone service <br />and saves money. <br />Tai P.r.» ci nn • <br />We have acquired the 792-7xxx series of telephone numbers, <br />Terre Heiser, Mike Moncur, and Aaron Seeley -- our excellent information technology staff ® are about ready <br />to cutover to this new block of phone numbers. <br />As we have promised} the "old}' city phone numbers will still work for another year. <br />But we are going to start an information campaign to tell residents about the new city phone numbers. <br />Enclosed is the communication plan for informing our residents and business partners of our new phone <br />numbers. Also enclosed is a list of the most commonly called city offices with their corresponding new phone <br />numbers. <br />Financial Impact: <br />The cost for our computer -based phone system and the new block of city phone numbers has already been <br />approved by the city council.
